Recently, the Vietnam Ministry of Agriculture and Environment (MAE) released a Draft Decree on Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Regarding Recycling and Waste Management. This Decree provides detailed regulations on Articles 54 and 55 of the Environmental Protection Law regarding the extended producer responsibility (EPR) for product and packaging recycling and waste treatment obligations of manufacturers and importers, as well as the disposal of means of transport.
