India Proposes EPR Regulations for End-of-Life Vehicles
On January 30, 2024, India's Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC) issued a draft Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations for end-of-life vehicles in the Gazette of India. Interested parties shall submit comments on the proposals to MoEFCC until February 29, 2024.
