On June 1, 2026, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment released the consolidated document No. 55/VBHN-BNNMT detailing the Implementation of Several Articles of the Law on Environmental Protection. The document comprehensively consolidates Circular No. 02/2022/TT-BTNMT, along with its subsequent amendments, including Circular No. 09/2026/TT-BNNMT and Circular No. 22/2026/TT-BNNMT.
