On March 3, 2025, Thailand Ministry of Industry (MOI) and Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MNRE) jointly proposed the draft version of Industrial Waste Management Act. Stakeholders are invited to submit comments via the online platform by April 25.
This act mainly addresses the management of industrial waste, electronic waste and vehicle carcass.
It proposes the establishment of "Sustainable Industry Fund."
